Setting the value to 00 will remove the item from your inventory. You should just use "01" for key items and software. These were made for and only tested in Citra. They probably won't work on legit shit (but the item values themselves should be the same should you try to port them). Provided as-is.

2025 Update: In order to get these to work in the RetroArch cheat engine, you'll need to change 283F to 029B; you'll also probably need to convert the address from Hex to Dec. So Soma would be 43773960.
